In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, give play to and mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, and promote the healthy and rapid development of the company, on the afternoon of September 7, Green Fiber Company held the second session of a staff congress. Party Secretary of the company, executive director Xu Yuelin, members of the company's leadership team, more than 110 representatives of all employees attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the Party Committee propaganda member and the person in charge of the section business Department Feng Wei.
The conference opened with the solemn national anthem, during which all personnel stood in awe and sang the national anthem of the People's Republic of China.
At the beginning of the meeting, in accordance with the procedures of the general assembly, all the participating employee representatives elected 7 members of the second trade union Committee of Green Fiber Company, 3 members of the Fund Review committee and 3 members of the female employee committee.
At the meeting, Sun Yangyang, head of the Human Resources Department, read out the "Employee Manual" system document, and all the representatives at the meeting passed the "Employee Manual" by a show of hands, fully highlighting the employees' right to know, participation and supervision.
At the end of the meeting, Xu Yuelin, Party secretary and executive director of Green Fiber Company, made an important speech. Secretary Xu fully affirmed the achievements of the first trade union and put forward four suggestions for the next stage of trade union work: First, strengthen political construction and constantly enhance the ideological leadership of trade union organizations. Second, we should strengthen our own construction and continuously consolidate the organizational support for trade union work. The third is to be a good worker's "mother's family" and constantly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all employees. Fourth, we should focus on the company's goals and constantly gather strong internal driving force to promote development.
The emergence of the new trade union committee, the Fund Review committee and the female staff Committee of Green Fiber Company marks a new chapter in the company's trade union work from now on. In the next step, the company's trade union will, under the correct guidance of the company's Party committee and superior trade unions, continue to broaden the work ideas, enrich the work content, strengthen the work mechanism, temper the work team, unite and lead all employees to gather strength, forge ahead, and continue to contribute positive forces to promote the company's high-quality development.
