Released in 2017, green fiber company led the drafting, zhejiang manufacturing group standard Polyester Industrial Filament, and through certification, zhejiang manufacturing standards in order to "quality in the world, zhejiang manufacturing" as the slogan, logo, the image of the product looked to match made in Germany, Switzerland manufacturing as the goal, to "regional brand, advanced standards, certification of the market and international identity" as the core, "Made in Zhejiang" certification from quality excellence, independent innovation, industrial collaboration and social responsibility and other aspects of the implementation of strict review of enterprises, first-class standards, strict certification as the main path of brand building system.
Now 4 years has passed, for the zhejiang manufacturing group standard formulation requirements increasingly clear, standard, since this year, in the provincial standards institute, product association, peer, downstream users, universities, government organizations, testing institute and other 13 relevant parties, the company decided to revise the standard.
On November 25th, the standard revision review meeting was held in the panoramic conference room of the company. The deputy manager of the technical center, Mr. Shi, made a detailed report on the background and purpose of the compilation of the standard, the revision of the core content and the revision process, and the advanced explanation. The expert group from the testing institute, university professors and other components listened to the report and the standard text article by article analysis and discussion, the expert group believes that the standard in accordance with the "Zhejiang manufacturing" standard positioning and requirements, in the review revision process widely solicited, adopted the opinions of all parties, suggestions, unanimously agreed through the review.
The revision of Zhejiang manufacturing standards is an important milestone in the company's standardization system. In recent years, centering on standardization construction, the technical center has done a lot of meticulous work from the aspects of participation of external standards, standardized management of internal standards, and quality control behind standards. Since 2019, the company has participated in 4 national standards, 5 industry standards and 4 group standards, and provided data and suggestions for the drafting of green manufacturing national standards for energy and water saving of China Chemical Fiber Association. In terms of internal management, revised and improved process inspection specifications and temporary standards, added inspection specifications about water treatment process, and introduced national standard and bank standard data as the reference of the company's internal control data; Focus on standardization to strengthen quality management, actively promote QC group activities, this year's 38 items will be released in December, the oil pollution, machine efficiency improvement and other basic topics to solve the METHOD of QC group.
Although the road is long, the standardization work has a long way to go. With the gradual deepening of the concept of standardization and the improvement of management level, we will eventually get closer to the goal.
